What is AlphaOTC?
AlphaOTC is an over-the-counter (OTC) desk for ModelOS (MDL), built by AlphaMine. One side posts an offer at their own price; the other side fills it. The MDL sits in escrow and the USDT payment is verified on-chain before anything is released — so neither party has to trust the other, and the desk never runs off with your funds. If you mine MDL on AlphaPool, this is where you turn it into stablecoins.
How a trade settles (the safe part)
A seller posts "X MDL at price P" and picks which networks they'll accept USDT on. A buyer fills it (or a buyer posts a bid and a seller fills). Each side gives their own MDL and USDT addresses.
The desk generates a fresh mdl1p… escrow address. The seller sends their MDL there, and the page shows a live confirmation counter until it's secured.
The desk shows a pay-to address and an exact amount on the chosen network. The buyer sends it from any wallet or exchange, then pastes the transaction hash.
Two independent nodes confirm the payment landed and is final, then the desk releases the MDL to the buyer and forwards the USDT to the seller — automatically.

Post your price and the networks you'll take USDT on, or fill a buyer's bid. When matched, send your MDL to the escrow address shown. Once a buyer pays, the USDT lands in your address (minus a small platform fee) — no further action needed.
Fill a seller's ask (or post a bid). Once the seller's MDL is in escrow, pay the exact USDT amount shown to the pay-to address on your chosen network, paste the txhash, and the MDL arrives in your wallet.
Paying — from any wallet or exchange
AlphaOTC is manual-pay on purpose: there's no wallet-connect and no token approvals, so nothing can touch your wallet without you. You copy the pay-to address and the exact amount, send from wherever your USDT lives — MetaMask, Phantom, Coinbase, Binance, anywhere — and paste the transaction hash back. Two things matter, and the desk shows both for your trade:
Send the exact amount. Every trade has a unique amount so the desk can match your payment to your trade automatically — pay it to the cent.
Use the right network. Send on the network shown for your trade — Base, Arbitrum, BNB Chain, or Solana — not a different one.

A few tips for your first trade
Start small. Do a small first trade to get comfortable with the flow before going bigger.
Give yourself time. Exchange withdrawals can take a while — the desk waits hours for your payment, so there's no rush once you've started.
Escrow protects both of you. The MDL is never released without a verified payment, and a verified payment is never kept without releasing the MDL.
